gpu-dawn: fix build instructions
`-Ddawn-from-source=true` was removed as an option when building gpu-dawn in specific, since after all the project exists only to build Dawn from source. Other projects (like `mach/gpu`, the WebGPU Zig bindings) of course still continue to respect `-Ddawn-from-source=true`. Originally reported as an issue [in Matrix](https://matrix.to/#/!bIJeTLtOHucXQpqIcH:matrix.org/$IiqVW7rz75Du15sNGFGQiDWGqC-MboJUBv8w0XWb828?via=matrix.org&via=mozilla.org&via=pythons.space).
