* Separate audio configuration and descriptor
* Config/Descriptor -> Options/Properties
- Rename sysaudio DeviceConfig and DeviceDescriptor to Device.Options and Device.Properties
- example: Convert buffer before passing to renderWithType
* make Device.start() idempotent
